I am so happy to be here introducing a new lift. It's been a long time since I've been doing these, and I have missed them. I spent some time this past week browsing galleries and seeing what i've missed this past year. WOW - so many talented ladies! You all have passed me by since I've been gone!!
Our next lifted artist is CrazyGirl - Jacque!
It's Just Hair Click the title to go to DST and give her some love!
I can see such wonderful lifts coming out of this colorful yet clean design! Remember, you"re not limited to stay on theme of the lift - just use it to make it your own. For instance, one could use the layout scheme, but use a flower template instead of a tree but position the elements and pictures in the same places. Use your creativity and see where it leads you. Sometimes exact copying helps you to learn new techniques and get a great page - and other times it is a leap pad to another design.

The Lift Guidelines:
1. Post your layout up on the web where ever you'd like, with a link to it in the comments here. I would like to have it by Friday night so that I can get all the lifts up in a photo album on Saturday and then be ready to start the new one on Sunday. I will choose one layout that I found especially beautiful or just knocks my socks off and they will be featured on Saturday in the wrap up.
2. I will set up a photo album here and post all the lifts on the blog in the photo album at the end of each week.
3. Each lift will be featured on the blog for one week. I don't ever CLOSE the lifts, they'll always be available and I'll upload any latecomers when I get them. The photo albums will remain on the site.
4. If you're a designer and you'd like to donate a prize for the chosen layout at the end of the week - I'm open to it! ;-)
Ok, ready, get set...SCRAP!!!!!!
